“Thank you for a wonderful peaceful holiday. A lovely cottage that doesn’t feel like a holiday cottage – it feels we are home. Lots of toys, games and puzzles which kept the boys entertained on the couple of rainy mornings. Everything provided that we could possibly need. Loved seeing and hearing the sheep. Hope to be back soon. Also thank you for the brownies on arrival – they were delicious!

New Year
This is our 5th visit to Waterlake since 2013. Comfortable as ever. Blessed with glorious weather, we spent quite a bit of time in the garden. Very relaxing few days, we shall be back.
APRIL
We loved the peaceful visit here, with chirping birds, planned very artistic garden. Sheep and lambs in the adjoining fields. Very clean and fresh air. The cottage is well equipped and well planned. Very spacious dinning room. Above all beautiful and caring mind of the hosts! see you again…

Thank you for a lovely week in your fabulous cottage. We found everything we needed and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. We visited lots of English Heritage sites, the kids also loved the heated outdoor pool at Tisbury! Very relaxing break, thank you!

Our 2nd visit to Waterlake Cottage – delighted to be back! Lovely comfy, clean home in beautiful surroundings. Grateful thanks to Virginia and John for making us feel welcome and at home. So much to see and do. Recommend Salisbury Cathedral, Stourhead, Caen Locks, Devizes, Old Sarum, Stonehenge to name but a few of our trips. For a good meal and lovely riverside walk, the Barge Inn at Honeystreet Canal,
