Deposit
A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking.
The balance to be paid 6 weeks before the due date of your holiday.
Bookings taken within 6 weeks of the due date, the total cost is required.
Short Breaks
We offer short breaks throughout the year, out of the busy season.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival time is from 4 pm and departure by 10.00 am. A ‘welcome’ tray of refreshments will be in the cottage on your arrival- milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and home-made cake.
Included in the Price
All bedding/linen, towels, tea towels, electric, hot/cold water, heating by night storage/convector, logs and cot or cotbed, high chair, WIFI are included in the price.

Sorry, but any Pets are not allowed (except assistance dogs, with proven ID)
